Studded Bottom Bag (Alexander Wang Inspired) - Review

Hello Everybody!!  So for a while I have been meaning to do this review, but like always I end up concentrating solely on my YouTube channel. But here I am so let's get to it. 

Almost a month ago I bought a studded bottom bag from Gypsy Warrior.  For awhile now I have been looking for Alexander Wang Inspired bags on EBay.  EBay has quite the selection on this, but most of them are black.  I did planned on getting one from EBay since they are quite cheap and have good reviews.  I think I spent almost a year planning to get one until December when I saw that Gypsy Warrior brought them.  I first saw the picture of the GW bag on instagram and I was like 'Now is the time to get it'.  Even though the bag isn't black, like I originally planned to, it's still a really nice neutral color (dark green).  The color is one of the things that jumped out at me, because even though I love black the dark green is a nice change and it still goes with my wardrobe.

I think that the GW bag is a nice cheap option for the Alexander Wang version and lets be honest most of us don't have a thousand dollars to spend on a bag. I believe that every girl should have a studded bottom bag.  It has become a classic and you can wear it for many occasions and it has some edge to it with the studs.  So thank you AW for giving every girl the option of having a bag that is subtlety edgy.

Let's point out the important...

1. All of the studded bottom bags are basically a replica of the rocco bag.  So if you think about it you're getting the same look. Of course the quality isn't the same as the rocco.

 
2. The GW bag has a great quality and I doubt it would break any time soon.  Plus, it holds a lot and when I say a lot I mean it. The only bad thing is that right now is out of stock, but I'm sure GW will restock the bag.  They always restock on some of their popular items.

3. Another option would be to look for the bag on EBay.  I have heard good reviews about the bags they sell there.  You need to keep in mind that you won't find the color I have in there.

PS.  In case you care about this, the inside of the bag is lined by leopard.  Really cool!!

 

 

Guess what I bought...

Nasty Gal Neon Jelly Bag, $72.00

A studded bottom Jelly bag to use it as a backpack for college this semester and it it looks so pretty that I cannot wait to get it on the mail already.  The bag is from my favorite online store Nasty Gal and you can buy it here.  It's a bit pricey, but I'm the kind of person that is extra careful with pricey things so I should be alright.  Plus I online have 3 classes this semester and I always buy small notebooks, so I won't be carrying anything really heavy in here.  I think that in one of my posts where I talked about neon colors I featured another Nasty Gal bag similar to this and I know I said I wasn't sure about buying a jelly bag but I couldn't resist this one and boy am I glad I didn't bought the other one.  This one got more of an edge to it and I love the studded bottom because for a while I have wanted the Alexander Wang Rocco bag but it's too expensive so this is a good alternative.

When I finally receive this bag I'm thinking of doing a back to school/college video with this bag and all the other essentials and maybe I'll add a styling video for back to school., too

Compre una jelly bag que tiene clavos en la parte de abajo para usarla este semestre y se ve tan bonita que no puedo esperar a que por fin me llegue. El bolso es de mi tienda favorita Nasty Gal y la puedes comprar aquí. Es un poco cara pero yo soy el tipo de persona que es bien cuidadosa con las cosas que cuesta un poco mas de dinero. Además, solo tengo 3 clases este semestre y yo siempre compro las libretas pequeñas, así e que todo debería estar bien. Creo que en uno de mis posts pasados en donde de hablaba de los colores neones presente un bolso bien parecido a este de la misma tienda y sé que había dicho que no estaba segura sobre si comprar un jelly bag pero esta se veía demasiado de cool. Que bueno que no compre la otra porque esta tiene como que más estilo y lo más que me encantan son los clavos en la parte de abajo. Me recuerda a la cartera Rocco de Alexander Wang, la cual e querido desde hace un tiempo pero esta muy cara así es que esta es una buena alternativa.

Cuando por fin reciba esta cartera estoy pensando en hacer un video de Regreso a la escuela/uni y un video del mismo tema pero de moda.
