Coco Rocha's Blue Mascara Look | Makeup Tutorial

OMG!!! Coco Rocha's look for the American Ballet was amazing!!!  Whoever did her makeup kudos to you!! It was so pretty and at the same time eye catching.  I loved how they played with her natural eyelashes and the falsies.

Since I loved it sooooooo much I decided to recreate the look.
